Shipping Policy
Where we ship We currently ship Australia-wide. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Shipping rates Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the products in your order:
- MK's Jerky range: $12 flat rate — FREE when you spend $100 or more.
- Proud Phoenix & Co range (chilli oils, sambals, salt): $16.25 flat rate (incl. GST) — FREE when you spend $100 or more on that range.
If your order contains items from both ranges, the applicable shipping for each is combined at checkout.
Order processing Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.
Delivery times Once dispatched, delivery typically takes:
- Metro (Adelaide, Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane): 2–5 business days
- Regional and remote areas (incl. WA, NT, TAS): 5–10 business days
These are estimates provided by our carriers and are not guaranteed. We're not responsible for delays once an order is in the carrier's hands.
Tracking You'll receive tracking details by email once your order ships.
Correct address Please make sure your delivery address is correct. We can't be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address supplied at checkout. Re-delivery of returned-to-sender parcels may incur an additional shipping charge.
